my focus is on utilitarian pieces, in particular tableware. commissions are welcome for commercial and domestic applications.
i hand build ceramics, so the pieces are not thrown on a wheel but built with slabs or coils of clay. the forms are asymmetrical and rough, glazes bubble and craze. the result is earthy and textural.
